Take control of your legacy
No one knows your land better than you.
Not a broker. Not a buyer. You.
And yet somehow, multi-million dollar ranches get marketed like a used pickup—
rushed, underfunded, and shot in a few hours before everyone heads home.
Here’s the Truth
Most brokers are in a hurry.
They’ve got too many listings, tight budgets, and one goal—get it on the market fast.
So what happens?
They call a drone guy, give him a few hours, and expect him to capture a lifetime of land.
That’s not how this works.
Do It Right—or Don’t Do It At All
Great land takes time.
Time to catch the right light.
Time to understand the layout.
Time to see what actually makes your property different from the one down the road.
If I were selling my ranch, I wouldn’t rush it.
I’d want someone there at sunrise… and still there at sunset.
Own the Story
The smartest landowners don’t wait on a broker to tell their story.
They create it themselves.
That gives you leverage.
That sets the standard.
That makes brokers step up—or step aside.
Bottom Line
You’ve spent years building this place.
Don’t let someone document it in an afternoon.
This isn’t just a listing.
It’s your legacy.

Exploring three miles of live water creeks through FPV — guided
by a rancher seeing his land again for the first time in years.
For better or worse, many of the most extraordinary ranches we’ve filmed — including properties valued at over $100 million — belong to highly private clients. Out of respect for that trust, we do not share those videos publicly. However, for qualified clients, we’re happy to offer a private look at a select few of these remarkable properties.

Preserve your land for family and heirs
For many longtime ranch owners, their land isn’t just property — it’s their story. With FPV (First Person View) drone filming, I help them see it again — not from above, but through it. Flying low along live water creeks, under oaks and cypress, through canyons and barns, I capture the land as only its owner knows it.
One client, an 88-year-old rancher, hadn’t explored his creeks in years. Watching the live FPV feed on an iPad, he directed every turn — laughing, remembering, rediscovering. I filmed it all, creating a keepsake his family will treasure for generations.
These private legacy films are love letters to the land — preserving not only what it’s worth, but what it means. And when the time comes, they’re worth their weight in gold — as valuable in a sale or estate as any will or trust.
