Ranch owner / professional film director Kevin Booth has been making films for three decades.  Kevin's sensibilities and knowledge of film production, drone photography, ranches and real estate gives him a unique ability to capture what buyers are looking for.  

 

After completing four award wining documentaries that appeared on Netflix, Showtime, Hulu, Amazon and countless broadcasters around the world - Kevin and his wife Traella sold their home in the Hollywood hills and returned to their family ranch outside of Fredericksburg Texas. In late 2018 Kevin was contacted by several of his neighbors who needed help creating presentations for an eminent domain case.  Kevin soon realized he had a knack and love of filming ranches in the Hill Country. Licensed drone pilot, camera expert, narrator and accomplished editor - Kevin has been hired by several of the top ranch brokerage firms in Texas to create marketing for countless multi-million dollar listings.
